Data collection when contacting us
If you contact us by telephone, e-mail or via the form on our website, your data will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions for the duration of the statutory retention period. We will not pass this data on to third parties without your consent.

Contact forms
As part of the data to be provided in the contact form, we store your name and e-mail address until your request has been fully processed. By submitting your details in the contact form, you give your consent to the storage and processing of your name and e-mail address for the purpose of fully processing your request. Your data will not be used for purposes other than processing your request.

Webhoster / Provider
The web space provider stores data about every access to the website (in so-called server log files). This data includes: name of the website, notification of the call, browser type, operating system, referrer URL (previously visited website), IP address and the requesting provider. This data is recorded only for statistical purposes and is used to optimize the security of the hosting system.

Server-Log Files
This website and the associated provider automatically collects information in the context of so-called "server log files" in the course of website use. This applies in particular to the IP address or host name, the browser used, the length of stay on the website as well as the date and time, pages of this website accessed, the language settings and the operating system, the "leaving page" (on which URL did the user leave the website) and the Internet Service Provider (ISP).
This information collected is not processed on a personal basis or associated with personal data.

Duration of data storage
The user data will be stored and stored for the duration of the statutory retention period. After expiry of this period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided that they are no longer required for the fulfilment or initiation of the contract.
